The rapper also knows as Yeezy and Pablo to some would now like to be called Ye. Kanye took to Twitter over the weekend to make the announcement, writing:
“The being formerly known as Kanye West. I am YE.”
He also updated his Twitter and Instagram name to Ye so it looks like he’s pretty serious about the change but it is not yet known whether he has taken any legal action towards making it official.
Recall that Kanye recently announced that he would be moving to his hometown in Chicago so maybe this is part of a new lifestyle for the rapper. Ye is also the title of the rapper’s recent album released in June 2018.
