According to TMZ, there were reports Justin originally did not want to get a prenup as he believed he would be married to Hailey forever but after getting advice from trustees, the pop star changed his mind.
The couple will now have the documents prepared and will not get married until the prenups are ready and signed.
Justin is reportedly worth around $250 million dollars and Hailey is worth considerably less at two million dollars.
