The 24-year-old singer and the 21-year-old model were spotted arriving at a marriage license courthouse on Thursday, 13th of September in New York City.
According to TMZ, Justin was reportedly extremely emotional at the Marriage Bureau where eyewitnesses said he was crying and at one point said, “I can’t wait to marry you, baby”.
During their visit, Justin even said to a court official, “Thanks for keeping it on the DL (Down Low).”
The couple got engaged on the 7th of July but has not announced a wedding date yet.
