Nigerian social media celebrity, Joro Olumofin, has finally taken legal action against an Instagram blogger, Tunde Ednut.
Joro accused Tunde Ednut of cyberstalking and defamation after series of back and forth between them on social media.
The self-styled love doctor claimed Tunde was an illegal immigrant in Atlanta who hides and trolls people.
Joro recently made good his threat of suing Tunde as he recently took legal actions as revealed by posts he shared social media page, showing the legal documents.
In the letters which were addressed to the United States Department of States in Washington DC, the Atlanta Immigration Office and the US Embassy Nigeria, Joro through his lawyers sought to get Tunde Ednut sent back to Nigeria.
A part of the letter explained that Joro hoped Tunde would ‘face the consequences of overstaying in the United States in violation of the terms and conditions of his visa, and also be made available in Nigeria to provide answers for the alleged violations of the Nigerian criminal law.’
