Multiple sources confirmed the good news to US Weekly, just days after reports emerged that the Topshop heiress, 27, wanted to start a family straight away with her 34-year-old beau.
Jeremy and Chloe’s controversial affair started back in June 2017, while he was still legally married to his estranged wife, Melissa Meeks.
In October 2017, Meeks filed for divorce from Melissa whom he shares a biological son Jeremy Jr, 7, and two stepchildren.
It was also reported that the controversial couple have since received the blessing of Chloe’s business mogul father, Philip and mum Tina Green.
