A woman says Usher is responsible for her giving birth to twins stillborn.
This week, Laura Helm, who was previously referred to as “Jane Doe,” went public and filed a $20 million lawsuit accusing Usher of giving her herpes. Separately, a man claiming he met Usher at a Koreatown spa is also saying they had sex and the Grammy winner gave him herpes. Now, there is another accusation to add to the pile.
A woman who has not yet gone public with her identity alleges that Usher gave her herpes, causing her twins to be stillborn. This devastating accusation comes according to court docs obtained by TMZ. It’s not clear whether this mystery woman is Laura Helm, the “Jane Doe” who went public this week after suing Usher for $20 million, or a new female accuser altogether. If the latter, that would make four people — three female, one male — to accuse Usher of exposing them to herpes through sexual intercourse. We also don’t know if the accuser is claiming Usher is the father of the babies.
Usher’s attorney, Zia Modabber, told TMZ, “Usher will defend himself vigorously in court against these opportunistic claims and we will not comment further on private legal matters.”
