Give as much as you take lest the interviewer thinks you a mindless drone. Asking questions also helps you know how to answer questions that will be thrown at you later during the interview.
Examples of questions you can ask are, “What kind of skills would I require to do this job?”, “Why did the last person who held this position leave?”
Asking questions shows that you are prepared, it also helps calm you as it puts you in a more powerful position.
As with everything though, don’t overdo it! You don’t want to look desperate and pushy.
