Controversial Nollywood actor Uche Maduagwu is back again with unsolicited opinion and commentary on fellow celebrities.
His latest mark is aimed at celebrities who decide to undergo nude photo sessions and share the photos with their fans. A clearly disgusted Uche wonders why they can’t be like new mum of twins and actress Funke Akindele, the star of Jenifa Dairy.
In Uche’s, opinion “Funke swill never go NUDE for any photoshoot because she is more RESPONSIBLE than you.”
But let’s pause. “You“? Is Uche aiming that at a specific someone?
That apart, his assertion by inference, that undergoing a nude photo shoot session is somehow irresponsible is pretty ridiculous. Just as his call for celebrities to emulate Funke because she met Uche’s standard of social media decorum is farcical.
That wasn’t all, Uche also thinks that those who share their nude photos are “stupid” and suffer from some “inferiority complex.”
If Uche feels strongly about the nudity photo trend, insulting people and calling them stupid is hardly the way to go about having a conversation. In fact, it’s more of a slur on his character than those of the people he’s calling out. Vulgarity comes in various shapes and size.
Also, this writer doesn’t think Funke will thank Uche for singling her out for commendation either. If he wants to fight his colleagues in this disrespectful manner, it’s a fight he better wage all by himself. Funke doesn’t need to be dragged into this mess. Just saying.
