Fresh sexual assault allegations levelled against Kevin Spacey

The man, who kept his identity hidden, is suing Spacey for sexual battery, battery, assault and false imprisonment.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ, the man was contracted by a third party to meet Spacey. He revealed that he told Spacey to lie face down for his massage but he lay face up instead. He added that Spacey told him that he was feeling pains in his groin area and proceeded to grab the masseur’s hand and put it on his testicles.

According to the man, Spacey told him, “You have such beautiful eyes,” after he pulled away.

According to TMZ, “the masseur says he continued to back away, but Spacey grabbed his genitals and said something to the effect of … just let me give you a blow job.”

The man later fled the house.

Spacey is under investigation for multiple reports of sexual assault in the U.S and England.
