The boxer earned nine million dollars for his fight with Japanese kickboxer Tenshin Nasukawa. He’s now going back to Japan in July for his next fight.
This time, Mayweather is fighting a former Japanese boxer and he doesn’t know who his opponent is but he told TMZ that he will earn 10 million US dollars for three rounds with the boxer.
According to Mayweather, he can make more money with exhibition fights with fewer injuries to his health.
“It’s all about being smart. My faculties are very important.” Mayweather says.
