Elon Musk trademarks new product as Tesla diversifies

Elon Musk teased the news about Teslaquila for an April fools’ joke earlier this year and it looks like the joke is becoming a reality.

According to CNBC, Tesla filed to patent the name and according to the documents, they’re not using the name immediately but it could be anytime soon.

Elon Musk further confirmed the news on Twitter by posting a picture of an alcohol bottle with Teslaquila written on it, sporting a Tesla logo.
