According to the website, The News Geek, a lemon contains 30% more sugar than a strawberry.

A lemon contains 70% sugar and strawberry contain only 40% of sugar. The reason why lemon tastes sour despite having more sugar than the strawberry is that the lemon contains a high amount of citric acid – usually 3% to 6% – that dominates the sweet taste of the lemon.

Both lemon and strawberry do not cause obesity, because the nutritive value in them outweighs their sugar content.
