Desiigner calls label boss Kanye crazy in Thotiana remix

The rapper has once again come for his boss and label founder – Kanye West. On his Thotiana remix Desiigner raps:
“I like to mix the codeine with the Fanta, huh/I got it going crazy, like Desiigner, huh/Oh god, it goin’ crazy, like Kanye, huh/I brought it to my house on a Sunday”

Desiigner signed to G.O.O.D. in 2016 off of the strength of his monster single, Panda. He has, however, not been able to replicate the success with other singles.

Last month, Desiigner went on an Instagram rant aimed towards Kanye West on the way he’s been handled as an artist since signing to G.O.O.D Music.

Desiigner essentially claimed that he single-handedly brought G.O.O.D Music from the dead and made it poppin’ again before making it clear that he doesn’t agree with the narrative of Kanye West being a “genius.”

“Nobody’s doin’ this shit for me, bro. Nobody,” Desiigner says. “I had signed to Kanye West — y’all n*as think he’s a genius. Y’all think that n*as shit. But to me, nigga, that nigga’s crazy, nigga. To me, nigga, I’ve been doing this shit myself.”

“To me n*a, I brought G.O.O.D. Music back, n*a, and everybody know that,” he adds.
