Demi Lovato is out of rehab after three months spent detoxifying herself.
After spending time off to take care of herself and ridding herself of the bad memories by selling the house in which she overdosed, Demi is now back in the game and ready to move on.
In her very first public appearance since her overdose, she was spotted at a restaurant with a friend, having dinner.
According to TMZ, she was spotted laughing and having fun with fashion designer, Henry Levy.

Demi Lovato suffered an overdose at her home on the 24th of July. She was hospitalized for ten days and after, she spent three months in rehab.
