He was performing onstage at the American Airlines Center on Sunday night and 30 minutes before the concert was set to end he suddenly walked off stage and didn’t return.
It’s unclear what happened. Some concertgoers said the entertainer, whose real name is Donald McKinley Glover Jr. or plain just Donald Glover, was attempting to do the splits when he hurt himself. Several others said he misstepped during a dance move.
Those present were shocked when Gambino suddenly walked off stage. According to TMZ, Childish Gambino arrived at his Friday concert in a wheelchair and a leg brace. It appears that he aggravated a preexisting injury.
