Cardi B and Offset got married in a secret ceremony last year on the 21st of September 2017, the same day she posted the throwback post. This was a month before Offset publicly proposed to Cardi B on stage. The secret was, however, let out of the bag after Offset started to refer to Cardi as his wife.
