Veteran goalkeeper Gianluigi Buffon, after spending 17 at Juventus, is enjoying his new environment at PSG.

On playing outside of Italy for the first time, Buffon told France football:
“If I’m this happy and enthusiastic now, I owe it to my new teammates and the atmosphere in the dressing room,”
“There’s a lot of good humour. There’s less stress here than in Italy, it’s new to me!
“In Italy, we’re sometimes a bit too excessive with certain things, and a little too obsessed with football.
“The approach to matches and training, for example, is not the same here. It’s more serene, more relaxed, more joyful.
“At home – and not only at Juve, where the requirements and the mentality are unique – it’s much more stressful.
“Even when you play against weaker teams, preparing for the fixture can be wearying sometimes.”
