The testimony stated that a man named Fedelis who was confirmed dead by four hospitals was brought back to life by Bishop David Oyedepo’s mantle.
Apparently, his area pastor had placed him the mantle around his neck and poured and poured some anointing oil into his mouth. He vomited two cowries and was brought back to life, in that order.
