The 36-year-old singer donned a bright red Dolce and Gabbana gown as she walked hand-in-hand with her husband amid growing speculation that she’s pregnant with her fourth child after she teased fans by cradling her somewhat bulging stomach during her recent performance for the On The Run Tour II.
