Anita Okoye attends Chimamanda's private dinner for Lupita; gets autographed copy of Americanah

Anita Okoye, the wife of Paul Okoye of Psquare who is now known by the stage name, Rudeboy, got an invitation to attend Chimamanda’s private dinner for Lupita. 

Over the weekend, renowned author, Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie hosted actress, Lupita Nyong’o in Lagos. Lupita arrived in Lagos over the weekend to attend the special event hosted by Chimamanda in her honour.

The excited Anita Okoye took to her Instagram page to announce that she also attended the private dinner intended to get Lupita acquainted with friends, family, and members of the Nigerian creative community.

Anita also got an autographed copy of Chimamanda’s book, Americanah. Lupita is the lead role and an executive producer alongside Danai Gurira for the movie adaptation of Chimamanda’s Americanah. So, we are not surprised that the actress was invited to Nigeria by Chimamanda Adichie. It also makes sense that Adichie will invite some friends to the private event.

Anita got the invitation and we get to admire her in this beautiful photo she shared alongside the caption. All in all, it seems like she had a fabulous time at the private dinner.
