Today, 9th October 2019, is a special day for Nigerian musician Phyno as he marks his birthday.
Phyno, whose real name is Chibuzor Nelson Azubuike, was born on this day, 1986. He is best known for rapping although he started his musical career as a producer in 2003. His music, though predominantly in Igbo is also mainstream and that’s because he seamlessly alternates between rapping in Igbo and English. He has also collaborated with a lot of artists including the likes of Flavour, Ruggedman, Mr Raw, Bracket, J. Martins, Don Jazzy, Olamide and more. In fact, his latest work, which is his third studio album titled Deal With It, boasts of 13 featured artists.

Phyno, though an Anambra State indigene, was born and raised in Enugu, a city he remains firmly attached to and to where he annually hosts his Phyno Fest concerts.
Phyno is still very much single and is not known to be dating anyone, so he’s one of the most eligible bachelors in the Nigerian musical scene.
