This is a very sad story of how love turned sour!
On the first Sunday of this month, one Edwin Vincent, reportedly killed his 21-year-old wife, Joy Michael when she went fishing with their neighbor identified as Juliet Phillip.
The Bayelsa State Police Command, has reportedly arrested the suspect. The 24-year-old has allegedly confessed to committing the crime, as an investigation has also been launched to decipher the motive behind the murder.
The Statement released by the State’s Police PRO, Asinim Butswat, reads in part;
“On November 5, 2017, at about 0830hrs, one Edwin Vincent ‘m’ 24 years, a native of Uwheru, Delta State, but residing at Boro Camp, Kaima in Bayelsa State, attacked and killed his wife one, Joy Michael, 21 years”.
