The BET Awards 2017 comes up on Sunday 25 June 2017. The Award was instituted by the Black Entertainment Television network and has the objectives of to honour Africa-Americans and other minorities who have excelled in entertainment and sports.

For this year’s BET Awards, see the artists that have been nominated for Best International Act: Africa award category. There are eight nominees in this category with Nigerian artists leading with four nominees. South Africa comes close with three nominees while Ghana has a sole representative.
