The President, as he is fondly referred to, and Marlian Music boss, Naira Marley, dropped a brand single “Idi Oremi” on the 1st of October 2020.
“Idi Oremi” is a Yoruba word that literally translates to ‘My Friend’s Bum’ in English. The joint was produced by serial hit maker Rexxie.
The song’s chorus partly is reminiscent of a childhood game played back in the days, and Naira Marley seems to score easily with this one.
“Idi Oremi”, according to Naira Marley, is a continuation of his first Marlian anthem hence why it’s referred to as “Opotoyi 2”. This song will also be a part of his forthcoming EP, B2DS (Belong 2 Da Streets), expected at the end of the year.
