Michael passed away on 25 June 2009, and following his death, he has released two albums posthumously. In 2010, “Michael” was released, while “Xscape” dropped in 2014. The vocals featured tracks with artists like Lenny Kravitz and Drake.
MJ, as he was fondly called, died of a cardiac arrest caused by an overdose of propofol administered by his physician, Conrad Murray, who was afterwards convicted of involuntary manslaughter.
Michael Jackson made his professional debut in 1964 as Jackson 5 with his older brothers: Jackie, Tito, Jermaine, and Marlon. He began his solo career in 1971 while at Motown Records and became a solo star with his 1979 album “Off the Wall.”
