Mercy held a lavish party to celebrate her new age and at some point, there was a moment everyone thought Ike Onyema would propose to Mercy Eke.

Ike Onyema acted in a way that made many think he was about to propose to the birthday girl, and that was definitely a highlight of the party.

During the party, Ike walked up to Mercy with what looked like a box of engagement ring in his hand.

People thought he was going to kneel down, open the box and propose to her with the ring and so, they started cheering him on.

However, on getting close to her, Ike just handed the box over to her as a birthday gift and didn’t go down on one knee as expected.

Mercy celebrated her 27th birthday on Tuesday, 29 September 2020.
