“As ambitious as I am, I am very lazy,” wrote Hill. “I am also scared of failure. And success, for that matter. It was easier to play the role of spoiled housewife than to get my a-s up everyday and possibly fail. But I can’t do it anymore. It’s not me. Not being one in the past few years has made me feel bad and has created an imbalance in my relationship.”
Latest on Nia Renee Hill
Nia is known to be a no-nonsense person, and is always ready to clap back on the internet when the need arises. By virtue of her marriage to Bill whose jokes are sometimes deemed racist, Nia gets into few internet brawls from time to time.
In March of 2021, Bill was asked to announce winners at the GRAMMYs. He felt a bit awkward when he learned that he was announcing the nominees and winners for Best Tropical Latin Album, and made an observation joke about how it might appear to some people.
“Alright. How many feminists are going nuts thinking ‘why is this cis-white male doing all this Latino stuff?’,” Bill joked before announcing the nominees. The joke pissed off many Chinese Kpop fans and soon, #BillBurrIsOverParty started trending on Twitter with thousands of people calling him racist and calling for him to be cancelled.
Some people in fact cited the fact that he has been married to a black woman as a sign that he is a racist ‘slave owner’. Nia wasn’t having any of it, and she fired back at him, telling him to “shut the f__k up”.

Nia is a multi-talented creative mind who has registered ample success across many aspects of entertainment. She has done so well for herself that her involvement with a famous person hasn’t overshadowed her success. She has successfully blended her spousal and family duties with her work and is getting it right. We wish her continued wins from here.
