Video: Where Toyin Abraham gave birth was not a traditional home Lizzy Anjorin claimed

The timing of the release of the video where Toyoin Abraham gave birth is curious!

Yeah, but we guess, Toyin Abraham has got to do what she has got to do. And in the process, she has shown some of the bizarre accusations levelled against her by fellow Nollywood actress Lizzy Anjorin to be false.

Some background

In case you’re wondering, over the weekend, Lizzy Anjorin accused Toyin Abraham of enabling troll behaviours among her fans, known as Toyin Titans. She also accused Toyin of creating false Instagram accounts to spread rumours and say bad things about other celebrities.

Toyin didn’t find the accusations funny and through her lawyers, issued a cease and desist letter to Lizzy. She also demanded that Lizzy retract her accusations and to issue a public apology to her. Failing to meet her demands, Toyin threatens she would be suing Lizzy for damages.

Well, Lizzy’s response to the letter, which was published on her Instagram, was to grant an extensive interview on Gboah YouTube channel, where she says she stands by accusations. She also made other bizarre accusations like saying that Toyin delivered her baby in a traditional home and not at a hospital.

Thereafter, she published a counter letter dated 15th September 2019, which also accuses Toyin Abraham of libel.

The letter also demands that Toyin retract her cease and desist letter, a well as tender an “unqualified apology” to Lizzy Anjorin. Failure to comply would lead to the lawyers instituting a “suit against (Toyin).”

Back to the present

The YouTube video above surfaced yesterday showing the moment after Toyin put to bed a bouncing baby boy, she and her husband, Kolawole Ajejemi, have named Ire.

The video shows that Toyin put to bed at Vedic Lifecare Hospital, Lekki Phase 1, Lagos. So, Lizzy’s bizarre accusation in this regard has been shown to be false, which raises some questions about the veracity of her more serious allegations levelled against Toyin.

It’s not implausible that Lizzy’s objective in claiming that Toyin put to bed in a traditional home was aimed at humiliating Toyin. Why Lizzy would want to do that, is beyond our capacity for speculations. How weird of Lizzy Anjorin.

It remains to be seen whether Toyin will come through with her threat of bringing a defamation lawsuit against Lizzy Anjorin and/or vice versa. Time will reveal all.
