The African pop diva has released the visuals for her super hit, ‘Shekere’, which features four-time Grammy award winner, Angelique Kidjo.
‘Shekere’ is the result of a request by Kidjo for Alade to revamp Kidjo’s classic song, ‘Wombo Lombo’ and the song came out amazing!
‘Shekere’ is off Yemi Alade’s recently released fourth studio album, ‘Women of Steel’.
In ‘Shekere’, Yemi Alade celebrates the African culture with the colourful outfits that everyone in the video dons. Angelique Kidjo’s presence adds a certain extra tingle to the song and its visuals, making this a delight to watch.
