The most unlikely thing has led to the adjournment of Naira Marley‘s court case.

Naira Marley, real name Azaaez Fashola, appeared in court again today over an eleven-count case of fraud, conspiracy, and possession of counterfeit credit cards, which was brought against him by the EFCC.

However, the case had to be adjourned because of insufficient seating arrangement.

According to NAN, an argument erupted in court among the lawyer representing the EFCC Rotimi Oyedepo, Naira Marley’s counsel, Olalekan Ojo, SAN, and two other senior lawyers.

NAN is reporting that the Federal High courtrooms are usually small, and therefore it was hard to find sufficient seating arrangements for lawyers and their litigants.

The court proceedings will now continue on the 11th and 12th of December 2019.
