His wife, reality TV star and entrepreneur, Kim Kardashian tweeted the American flag in support of his announcement.
If he goes through with this announcement, he will contend against current President, Donald Trump and presidential hopeful, Joe Biden.
Many took to Twitter following his announcement to react to the news. Some are convinced that Kanye is running in order to divert the black votes from Joe Biden.
Some have also started to imagine an America with Kim Kardashian as First Lady considering the reality TV star’s colourful past and the nature of her rise to fame.
