Stan already owns 67 percent of the club and has secured the support of minority owner Alisher Usmanov.
Usmanov must have had a change of heart as he previously turned down Stan Kroenke’s £525m offer for his shares in October.
The American Billionaire released a statement confirming the offer, it says:
“We at KSE are moving forward with this Offer leading to 100% ownership of the Club. We appreciate Mr. Usmanov’s dedication to the Arsenal Football Club and the storied ethos and history the Club represents.”
