Soulja Boy might be on his way to a career resuscitation but apparently, that’s not keeping him out of trouble.
A woman has accused the rapper of kidnapping following an altercation at his California home.
After she was asked to leave, the woman hopped in her car and peeled out of the driveway where she clipped the curb. But Soulja’s assistant witnessed the entire incident and the two started arguing.
Sources close to the woman — who is reportedly dating Soulja — said he tried to break up the fight. But she says Soulja “punched and kicked” her while she was on the ground. He then allegedly took her inside the garage and tied her to a chair with an extension cord where she remained for six hours.
According to reports, the woman went to the hospital and was treated for her injuries. She has been discharged. She claims she has three fractured ribs and a concussion.

Although law enforcement confirmed someone filed a kidnapping report and there’s indeed “an active investigation,” they refused to give up the name of the suspect or the alleged victim.
The rapper has replied to the allegations, calling the woman a liar and alleging that she fabricated the allegations. According to Soulja, the case is that of a woman scorned and her injuries are from a fight with Soulja’s assistant.
Sources allegedly told TMZ that Soulja had been dating Kayla but ended the relationship, and she was irate. They say Kayla came to Soulja’s house on Friday night, heavily under the influence, and crashed her car in his driveway.
A woman who is said to be Soulja’s manager then came outside and told Kayla she was not welcome and she should leave. The alleged sources also claim Kayla then attacked the manager and the 2 began fighting. They also contend Soulja never went outside his home and never even saw Kayla.
