President Muhammadu Buhari will address Nigerians in a national broadcast at 8 pm on Monday, 27 April 2020, the Presidency has announced.
Today marks the end of the second 14-day lockdown the president placed on Abuja, Lagos and Ogun state due to the COVID-19 pandemic, which is popularly known as Coronavirus.
“President Muhammadu Buhari will address the nation Monday, April 27, 2020, at 8 pm,” Garba Shehu, an aide to the president.
“Television, radio and other electronic media stations are enjoined to hook up to the network services of the Nigerian Televised Authority (NTA) and Federal Radio Corporation of Nigeria (FRCN) respectively for the broadcast,” he adds.
