Nigerian reggae legend Majekodunmi Fasheke, popularly known by his stage name Majek Fashek, is critically ill and has been hospitalised in London, UK.
It is the singer’s manager, Uzoma Day Omenka, who confirmed the report. He says the singer is receiving treatment at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, London.
According to Omenka, Majek Fashek took ill last month and was rushed to London on 24 August 2019, after a brief admission at a Lagos hospital.
In an Instagram video released this morning, Uzor, while confirming that the Majek Fasheek is critically ill in a London hospital asks Nigerians for assistance to help with the mounting bills they are facing. He also thanks the fans for their support while asking everyone to pray for him.
