Jamie Foxx shares photo of himself and daughters following Katie Holmes split

Hollywood star Jamie Foxx seems to have turned to his family following the breakdown of his six years relationship with fellow actor, Katie Holmes.

News of the couple’s breakup hit the internet on Monday. And in what looks like the actor is seeking solace from his family, Foxx, 51, shared a photo with his two daughters, Corinne Foxx and Anelise Bishop, taken at a taping of Beat Shazam — the game show that he and Corinne star on.

“#daddydaughtertime on @beatshazamfox,” he writes as a caption of the photo in honour of the show’s finale. “We’ve had an incredible season, seen so many lives changed, heard amazing stories and had a blast!!! Thank you to all u THE FANS for tuning in!!!!”

“Lastly, much love to our contestant Alan who is no longer with us but shed his light on all of us, God Bless his family,” Jamie adds, referencing contestant Alan Smith who died suddenly in February, just two weeks after his episode aired.

Just prior, it was reported by several US news outlet that Foxx, 51, and Katie Holmes, 40, had ended their relationship back in May.

According to People, the couple has been linked since 2013, though they’ve never officially confirmed their ultra-private relationship.

They finally appeared together in public for the first time at Clive Davis’ Pre-Grammys Gala in New York in 2018, and they walked a red carpet together for the first time at the Met Ball this May.

An eyewitness who was at La Esquina restaurant on Friday night told PageSix that they had overheard Holmes telling a friend that she and Foxx “haven’t been together for months.” Sources also told both PageSix and E! News that the two stopped seeing each other in May.

Reps for both actors also refused to offer any comment, People reports.
