One of the hottest female musicians of 2019 Teniola Apata, popularly known as Teni, when on a tour in Dubai shared a snippet to her then-upcoming jam dubbed “Sugar Mummy”.

The song eventually dropped on 26 April 2019, when fans requested for the whole version of the song.

Sugar Mummy was produced by Rexxie and her favourite producer, Jay Synths. On Sugar Mummy, Teni addresses claims she looks like Yokozuna hence picture herself as a sugar mummy.

The track is a follow up to the single Party Next Door, which Teni released in March 2019.
