Basketmouth Comedy Man has Refused to Attend a Comic Show
Nigerian Basketmouth Comedy Man has refused to attend a comic show in South Africa scheduled for this weekend.
Following the constant burning and attacks on the lives and property of Nigerians who reside in South Africa, many Nigerian celebrities have come out openly to condemn the act.
Several celebrities like Tiwa Savage are also boycotting scheduled performances that are taking place in South Africa. And comedian Basketmouth has joined the protest.
The comedian was supposed to be at the Comic Choice Awards in South Africa this weekend but he would not be attending. According to him, “it might sound like a whisper but together our voices and the right actions will hopefully make a true difference. And real change can begin.”
