Big T whose name is Terence Prejean is said to have died after suffering a heart attack. Sources, have it that one of his peers, Mike D of the Screwed Up Click was the first to report his passing on Monday, 7 May.
The rapper famously contributed the hook to Lil Troy’s 1999 hit Wanna Be A Baller and was often referred to as The Million Dollar Hook Man.
In an Instagram post, , Mike announced the death of Big T writing: “I’m so sick of saying Rest In Peace to my peers. DAM!!! Rest ez big dawg #ripBigT #milliondollarhookman #wannabeaballer y’all pray for his family please. They need us right now!!!”
Big T was widely featured by other musicians such as Big H.A.W.K. in Chillin With My Broad, C-Note in Hold It Down, Lil O in We Ain’t Broke No Mo and Lil Flip in Why Them Hataz Still Mad.
