Marvel has dropped its new Thor: Love and Thunder teaser trailer. The Thor sequel teaser reveals new footage, including a scene where Thor gives an inspiring speech. This happens about halfway through the minute-long teaser.
Thor’s speech doesn’t go as planned, with insectoid warrior Miek drawing noisily on a whiteboard. Most of the other scenes in the trailer appear to have been used, including fight sequences.

Thor’s enemy this time is Gorr the God Butcher (Christian Bale), who promises that “All gods will die.” He also reveals more personality and declares sneery, “How exciting.” Valkyrie is also battling with Voldermort-Esque Gorr, and Mighty Thor, aka Jane Foster (Natalie Portman), wields Mjolnir the hammer.
Marvel’s latest feature, Love and Thunder, sees Thor (Hemsworth) come out of retirement to deal with the threat of Gorr the God Butcher.

Thor (Chris Hemsworth) seeks the help of Valkyrie (Tessa Thompson), Korg (Taika Waititi), and former girlfriend Jane Foster (Natalie Portman). The Guardians of the Galaxy team members like Star-Lord (Chris Pratt), Drax (Dave Bautista), and Rocket Raccoon (Bradley Cooper) also make appearances. Love and Thunder is directed by Taika Waititi, who co-wrote it with Craig Kyle.
