Mac Miller’s drug dealer sentenced to 17 years in prison over fatal overdose
The suspect who sold drugs to late rapper Mac Miller has received a prison sentence, after pleading guilty.
He was sentenced to seventeen years in prison. He, however, said he was remorseful for being involved in the 26-year-old’s death.

Stephen Walter, the man who caused Miller’s death by distributing drugs that led to it has pled guilty.
When the rapper’s supplier Cameron James Pettit was alleged to have supplied him with counterfeit oxycodone pills that contained fentanyl and an earlier plead not guilty,
The rapper, who is now in prison for his crimes has been supplying drugs to others including one supplier that was found guilty of selling counterfeit oxycodone pills containing fentanyl.
MacLeod’s last two days were filled with drug deliveries from Pettit, who is said to have supplied him the fentanyl-laced oxy pills and cocaine as well. Another delivery came when a pickup prostitute allegedly gave Mac pure Oxycodone on top of what was already there before,
The L.A County Coroner’s office released a report in 2019 saying that he died from mixed drug toxicity, specifically fentanyl and alcohol with cocaine added into the mix as well.”
His death was one caused by accidental overdose, according to the report.
