The Nigerian music industry is largely seen as a cash cow by members of the public. Musicians regularly flaunt expensive cars, houses and flashy things so it is assumed that all who ply their trade in music are making it.
This new video with Waje proves that is not the case. The musician aired her frustrations in a sit-down and said she may quit music. She said it takes up all of her funds when she has more important things to do, such as paying her daughter’s school fees.
