Tiwa Savage and Seyi Shay fight dirty [Reactions]

The tension between superstar Tiwa Savage and Seyi Shay hit a climax yesterday when videos of the singers clashing at a hair salon surfaced on the internet.

The singers have been at each other’s necks in subtlety for a considerable while now but tempers flared and a fight ensued after their paths crossed in a hair salon.

Reactions following the emergence of the video sees Tiwa Savage enjoying a more robust support from fans and observers while Seyi Shay got slated severally. Since 2019, Seyi Shay has thrown a number of subliminal jabs at Tiwa Savage.

However, the tension escalated when Seyi Shay approached Tiwa Savage at the salon to formally greet her. Tiwa would have none of it and insisted that the Yolo Yolo crooner had no business approaching her to say “hi” after dissing her in a cover of Kizz Daniel’s viral hit “Fvck you”.

In the song, Shay sang, “You know I’m not Savage, I pay my bills.”

Fans also hailed Tiwa for ‘not losing her calm’ during the altercation. Rapper Mz Kizz also tweeted, “How can you be so angry and still keep your cool, I’m studying the Tiwa in that video for the rest of the week!”

The rivalry between Tiwa and Shay is not new for their fans. It started in 2014 when Seyi Shay talked down on Tiwa Savage in an interview. The rift in their relationship further widened after her diss cover in 2019. The 2-year old beef triggered the clash that has now gone viral online.
