Sarri is fast becoming very popular amongst Chelsea fans and players for his coaching methods.

Following his decision to dump the strict training methods of his predecessor, the former Napoli coach has also decided to introduce late training sessions.

He is reportedly doing this in order to allow the players spend time in the mornings with their children.

The decision will be a very welcome one at Stamford bridge seeing as quite a number of the players are fathers.

Spanish striker Alvaro Morata will be able to spend more time with his twin daughters now
