The accident occurred on Monday, August 27, 2018, in the Lekki axis of Lagos Island.
According to movie director, Abinibi who posted a video and photos from the accident scene on his Instagram page, he is presently receiving treatment and recovering at an undisclosed hospital.
“My friend @djinee was involved in a ghastly accident Monday morning around 1 am somewhere in Lekki.
“It’s a miracle he survived! He’s currently receiving treatment and recovering accordingly.
“Please keep him in your prayers. His phones lines are not available at the moment but you can reach me if it’s important.” he wrote.
