After a four month long engagement, Bollywood actress Priyanka Chopra, 36, and American singer Nick Jonas, 26 are married.
According CNN, the actress and the musician tied the knot on the first of December in a Christian ceremony that was officiated by Nick’s pastor father Paul Kevin Jonas Sr at the luxurious Umaid Bhawan Palace. A Hindu ceremony followed on Sunday.
Chopra wore a custom Ralph Lauren gown, while her new spouse also opted for the brand. Lauren is a close friend of the couple. The entire wedding party was also outfitted by the designer label.
The couple’s wedding ceremony began on Wednesday and ended on Sunday.
“People will need vacations after this wedding,” Chopra joked in an interview with Vogue.
The couple first met when Nick send her a direct message on social media in 2016, according to Chopra. They didn’t have a real life interaction until May 2017 when Nick saw her at a party, got on one knee and said “You’re real, where have you been all my life?”
The couple took their relationship public in May, 2018 and announced their engagement in August of the same year.
