Egerton played the franchise’s main character – Eggsy – as a spy in the first two films. Sadly, Egerton’s character isn’t part of the third film.
“I’m not in the new Kingsman,” Egerton told Yahoo Movies while promoting his new movie Robin Hood. “That doesn’t mean I won’t ever be in Kingsman ever again. I was with Matthew as little as a few days ago. I’ve got a missed call from him this morning. We’re very much still in business together. It’s just that his next journey in that universe doesn’t involve me.”
