Behind all the makeup and CGI eyes, the man who plays the Night King is Vladimir Furdik; a stuntman, actor, stuntdouble, sword master and fight choreographer.
The 48-year old actor hails from Slovakia. Since, 1990 Furdík has worked in Hollywood as an actor and stuntman, appearing in films such as Tristan and Isolde, Eragon, War Horse, Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time and Skyfall as a stuntman.
