Here is why men stop their women from supporting Toke Makinwa

Toke Makinwa has taken to social media to address her male critics online, giving them reasons they stop their women from supporting her.

In a recent post shared to her Twitter account, she stated that some men don’t want their girlfriends supporting her because of their toxic masculinity.

Her post comes barely a few days after rumours circulated the internet that her Banana Island house got repossessed.

Only a few days ago, she came out to deny rumours that her Banana Island home was repossessed by AMCON.

Taking to her Twitter account, she tweets: “Some of Y’all don’t want your girlfriends to level up so you’ll rather they don’t stan me cos once they do your toxic masculinity will be checked, they will see the light someday. Cheers to you still.”
