Still in the spirit of luxuriating in Beyonce’s new music video for her new song, Spirit, here are some of the looks from that so powerful video.

The music video, a visual spectacle, combining bold outfits with beautiful scenery for an overall powerful effect, is described as “a love letter to Africa” by Beyonce,

It was shot at Havasu Falls, a waterfall located in Havasu Creek in the Grand Canyon in Arizona, USA.

This is how we first see Beyonce in the music video. She is wearing a pink and red ruffled gown, a possible homage to the iconic sunset with which the video and The Lion King both open.

This black and white jumpsuit is reminiscent of zebras and striped cats of African jungles

Beyonce wears in clay red ensembles amidst her dancers and her eldest daughter Blue Ivy. The seven-year-old wears a similar dress to her mother, and her hair is dyed a dusky shade of red.

A shade of midnight blue jumpsuit matching the soothing blue shade of the sky.

Again Beyonce dressed in a Zebra-striped cat-themed outfit but here she is surrounded by singers dressed in bright pink and green.

Beyoncé adds to her already ornate outfit with a white beaded face mask.

Beyonce lies in a body of water while clad in blue, further emphasising the connection between her looks and her setting.
